2. Playing Conditions
a. Virtual Coins
The Services may include virtual in - game tokens like chips, coins, credits, or points (collectively "Virtual Coins"). On the Site, games are currently played with Gold Coins. Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non - exclusive, non - transferable, non - sub - licensable, revocable license to use the Service for personal entertainment only. Any attempt to do so violates these Terms, may lead to the closure and forfeiture of your User Account, and could result in a lifetime ban from the Services and possible legal action.
c. No Rights to the Service
These Terms do not grant you any ownership rights to the Service.
d. Service Licensing
The Service is licensed to you, not sold. We and our licensors own all rights, title, and interest in the Service, including all intellectual property rights (detailed in Section 10). Even after installation on your device, we retain ownership of the Service. Do not delete or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary rights notices on the Service.

4. Your User Account
Only one User Account is allowed per person.
Keep your personal details updated. If you change your address, email, phone number, or other contact or personal information, contact customer support. The name provided at registration must match the identification used for account verification.
Do not share your User Account or password with others without our written permission. Do not access or use an account that has been transferred without our permission.
If you suspect a security breach of your User Account (e.g., password loss, theft, or unauthorized disclosure), notify us immediately.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your User Account and for all activities associated with it.
We may close your User Account if it has been inactive for 60 days or more. We are not required to give you notice before taking this action, although we may choose to do so.
You can close your User Account at any time by contacting customer support. Closing your account forfeits all rights to associated Virtual Coins.
We have the right to refuse or close a User Account at our discretion.
User Account registrations may be limited to one per IP address at our discretion.
5. Games and Contests
In addition to these Terms, each game on the Service may have its own rules, which are available on the Service. It is your responsibility to read these rules before playing and familiarize yourself with the applicable terms of play.
6. Verification
We are entitled to conduct verification checks (such as credit background checks) as reasonably required by law or regulatory authorities. You must comply with these checks in a timely manner.
